VEJA and Pleasures take the Salar into the forest. The collaboration centers on an abstract camouflage print drawn from a close-up photograph of plant roots, translated into a graphic pattern that runs across the silhouette.
For the first time, the Salar’s upper combines mesh and suede panels, adding texture without changing the shape. The original Vibram sole stays in place, keeping the grip and structure the model is known for.
Made in Brazil, the shoe uses organic cotton laces and Amazonian rubber, materials in line with VEJA’s ongoing focus on sourcing and production. Pleasures brings its own identity, shaped by music and subculture, to a sneaker built for both pavement and trail.
